Simply Natural Mom is about mothering by intuition, from birthing babies to parenting children. It’s being organic by nature, by choosing whole foods and believing kids play better outside. It’s a throwback to childhood from the days of mud pies and the dinner bells. It’s about repurposing to be green and sewing to be practical, because our grandmothers did it and we can to – plain and simple.
On this blog you’ll find tips, stories, news, crafts, recipes and ramblings of all things natural, by a granola eating, do-rag wearing mom who loves her intown neighborhood too much to go live on a farm (which is probably where she belongs).
This blog is based in Tennessee, in a mid-size family friendly city that’s not quite urban but not quite rural. Occasionally you’ll see community happenings being featured here about some of the good old folks of East Tennessee who are an inspiration to be simply natural, and have been living this way long before anyone started calling it green.
